Oatmeal has been used since the earliest days of medicine to relieve skin maladies characterized by itching, dry skin and inflammation. Placed in the elegant DermaPet Conditioner (8 oz.), now it can be conveniently applied in a convenient, frequent use formulation. No more do you have to bathe first to use Oatmeal. Episoothe (Virbac) contains antihistamines and Relief (DVM) contains the pain killer, promaxime. These should not be used on a frequent basis as they are both potent synthesizers of allergic reactions. Of course, neither is in a vehicle like our Conditioner with alpha-hydroxy acids and the Avon Skin-so-soft effect.
